Interest: What is interest in Teamfight Tactics?

In Teamfight Tactics, interest refers to the amount of gold a player receives at the start of the round based on how much gold they had saved up from the previous round. The interest collected by someone depends on every 10 gold they have up until 50, which is calculated at the end of the round. The amount of interest received ranges from 1 gold to 5 gold.

The amount of gold received via interest maxes out at five additional gold, so there’s no way to get more gold if the player has more than 50 gold saved. Even though interest doesn’t increase after 50 gold, it’s still wise to collect more gold so that the player can level up their Little Legend ^[1].

How to get the most interest in Teamfight Tactics?

As mentioned earlier, you get interested based on the amount of gold you have. The best thing you can do is try to save gold at the end of each round in increments of 10 up until 50 to reach the maximum amount of interest. Some early game strategies usually include rolling less and going for inexpensive Little Legends.

Another thing you can do to get a lot of interest is try to use champions with economy traits or those that give extra gold. Alongside going for traits go for economy augments so you can save enough gold for extra interest. The final thing you can do is try to go on a loss or win streak because 5 consecutive win-or-lose streaks reward you with extra gold.
