Second Entry / Trade Fragger:

A second entry, or trade fragger, is the teammate who follows the first player into a fight and immediately tries to kill the opponent that trades that first kill.

In Counter-Strike 2, this role matters because it keeps an attack alive after contact is made: the first player creates space and draws attention, while the trade fragger converts that opening into a favorable exchange if the defender wins the initial duel. Good trade fragging depends on timing, spacing, and line of sight, so the second player can punish the counter-kill before the defense resets. For example, on an A-site hit, the entry player swings into site and dies to a defender behind cover; the second entry is close enough to swing the same angle and kill that defender before they can reposition, leaving the attackers with numbers and access to the site.
