Skycoach: What is Skycoach?

Skycoach is an online boosting service website that provides clients with video game boosts in multiplayer games such as World of Warcraft, Destiny 2, Overwatch 2, and more. The website was made in 2020 and has garnered a sizeable customer base since then, competing with some websites that were launched before it.

Since its launch, Skycoach has gotten many customers and has become one of the biggest boosting sites. Capturing niches of games that don’t have too much competition, Skycoach has made a name for itself, especially for World of Warcraft and Division 2.

Founding History

The disclaimer on the website states that Skycoach was founded in early 2020, significantly later than many of its competitors. The LinkedIn profile of the site’s CEO, Denis Zemlyanskiy from Saint Petersburg, Russia [1], states he’s been working on the website since October 2019, but that date most probably refers to the early stages of the service, as it contradicts the previously mentioned disclaimer.

Skycoach has accounts on the Social Media platforms Facebook [2]and Instagram [3], with a very high follower count on both. Neither accounts are abandoned either, with the service posting frequently about recent updates in games and sales offered on the website. The Facebook page for Skycoach was made in January 2019, meaning it was made before what’s written in the disclaimer on the website and what’s in the CEO’s LinkedIn profile.

The website has been very successful since its inception, proved by its high following count on social media platforms and high rankings on site traffic aggregators like similarweb [4]. Over the past few months, Skycoach’s traffic has gone down steadily, but it’s still higher than many of its competitors, with a global ranking of #60,423 as of May 2024.

Offered Services

As we shared previously, Skycoach provides boosting services, linking pro players with customers who want to get their accounts boosted. The website doesn’t advertise its services with a specific game, unlike other competitors. Instead, it states that it can help players in numerous games.

The service lets people buy boosters to rank up in competitive games like Overwatch and Valorant, and also helps players get loot and items in casual games like Destiny 2 and World of Warcraft. Skycoach offers constant sales, so potential customers get a deal cheaper than purchasing a service separately.

However, the website offers more services for World of Warcraft when compared to something like, say, Valorant. This might be because the website wants to cater to that audience more or since the user base there is more sizeable.

Service Controversies

As we mentioned, the website hasn’t gotten into any major controversy throughout its inception. That doesn’t mean the website is a completely clean slate, however, as we dug into the website’s past to discover some suspicious happenings.

One such example is a comment from a Reddit post [5]asking whether Skycoach was a scam. A Reddit user stated that they attempted to buy a service from the website but not only did they not get the service they paid for but also were asked for more money. Another commentator then replied to this comment and stated that Skycoach was a scam.

User Reviews

Many review aggregators have given Skycoach very high ratings. Trustpilot [6]gave the service 4.8 stars out of 5, with over 11 thousand reviews, which is very impressive. Reviews.io [7]gave it a rating of 4.8 out of 5 with about 800 reviews.

Skycoach’s reviews are fairly positive and that too with a very high number of individual reviewers. However, there have been some cases of players who had their accounts suspended or even permanently banned after trying out the website’s services.
