Hulk: Who is Hulk in Marvel Rivals?

Hulk is a vanguard character in Marvel Rivals ^[1] who specializes in grab attacks on enemies and spinning most of the damage enemies deal to his teammates. One unique thing about this rendition of Hulk is that it not only includes Bruce Banner and regular Hulk but also his ultimate form.

Being a Vanguard character, Hulk’s gameplay loop revolves around jumping right into the action to grab enemies and keep them busy while teammates can take them down. However, if Hulk loses all his health then he reverts to Bruce Banner, who only has a puny weapon that deals little damage.

Bruce Banner’s attacks in Marvel Rivals

Normal Attack

• Gamma-Ray Gun – Fires a gamma-powered projectile at opponents.
• Abilities
• Puny Banner – Transforms into the Hulk, unleashing his full strength.
• Gamma Grenade – Throws a gamma-infused grenade that detonates on impact, sending enemies airborne.

Abilities

• Hulk Smash – Empowers himself, transforming into Monster Hulk, enabling him to charge through enemies and knock them into the air while gaining extra HP.
• Indestructible Guard – Generates a protective shield that absorbs incoming damage for himself and nearby allies.
• Radioactive Lockdown – Unleashes gamma energy to trap an opponent in place for a brief duration.
• Incredible Leap – Charges up a jump to reach high-altitude targets and knock them down.
• Gamma Burst – Emits a pulse of gamma radiation, damaging all enemies in the vicinity.

• Gamma Boost – Empowers Doctor Strange and Iron Man with gamma energy, enhancing their abilities.
• Gamma Fastball – Picks up Wolverine and hurls him toward enemies at high speed.
