There's more. If you abandon a match when you're already in low priority, the first time, you'll get a 20-minute ban, and the second time it'll be extended to 24 hours.

The annoying part is that you have to win the match for it to count. This means that if you're in low priority for three matches, you'll have to win three matches to get out of it.
