The battle pass system in games is not a new feature at all, but different games give players different potential rewards, For example, when it comes to Overwatch 2, one potential reward for progressing in the battle pass is a set number of credits. However, the thing with this is that many players have reported that they were unable to see their battle pass credits, despite having reached the required level.
If you aren't able to see your battle pass credits, then there are a couple of things you should try. These things include logging out and logging back into your account, waiting for 24 hours, clearing the game's cache, and uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. If nothing works then the last thing you can do is you can contact Blizzard support and let them know about your issue.
If you aren't able to see your battle pass credits in Overwatch 2 then worry not because we're about to go through several fixes right here.
What are Overwatch 2 Credits?
Before anything, it's really important that we go through what exactly credits even are in Overwatch 2, especially since they're different from how they were in the original Overwatch. Now, credits in Overwatch 2 are a currency that was dubbed 'legacy credits' back when Overwatch 2 first came out. They weren't obtainable and were carried over from the original Overwatch.
However, ever since Season 3, credits are obtainable again, and the primary way of obtaining them is through the Overwatch 2 battle pass. Nearly all epic and legendary tier skins prior to Overwatch 2 will always be available in the hero gallery for purchase with either Overwatch Coins or credits. This includes skins from seasonal event modes.

What to Do If Your Battle Pass Credits Don't Show Up
So, we already went through just how important credits are in Overwatch 2, especially for players who like personalizing their experience by using skins and other cosmetics. However, one very common glitch is that the credits just don't get added to their inventory, despite reaching the required battle pass level.
In such a scenario we recommend you go through these potential fixes.
Log in and Log Out From Your Account
The first potential fix to this specific issue is simply logging out of your Overwatch account and then logging back in. Logging out on a PC is VERY easy. All you have to do is type /log out in the chat and you'll be brought to the login screen again. However, for consoles, this fix isn't viable. The reason for this is that your battle.net account is linked to your Microsoft, Playstation Network, or Nintendo account, and therefore, it isn't possible to log out.
Once you're logged out on our PC Overwatch 2 game, simply log in using the same credentials you were using before. As soon as you log in, you should hopefully be able to see your hard-earned battle pass credits.
Wait for At Least 24 Hours
If logging out and logging in to your account doesn't work, then we recommend you wait for a while since Blizzard might automatically give you your credits after a while. Now, while the minimum should normally be 24 hours, Blizzard actually recommends you wait for at least 72 hours.
We say you should wait for 24 hours and then move on to the other fixes in the meantime. If you get your deserved credits then that's all well and good. However, if you don't, then you at least wouldn't have wasted time waiting for three whole days, right?
Clear Blizzard Cache
It might be that you aren't getting your Overwatch 2 battle pass credits because of corrupt cache files. If this is the case, you simply have to:
Close Overwatch 2 and any other open Blizzard programs.
Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to open the Task Manager (or search for it from the bottom left search bar)
Click the Processes tab.
If agent.exe is running, or Blizzard Update Agent in Windows 10, select it and click End Process. This will completely stop the Blizzard application to ensure you don't face any issues.
With this done, press Windows Key+R to open the Run dialogue.
Type %ProgramData% into the Run field and press Enter.
If a Blizzard Entertainment folder exists in the directory, right-click it and select Delete.
Restart the Battle.net desktop app and relaunch the game.
If corrupted cache files were indeed the cause of your problem then you should be able to see all your battle pass credits without any problem now.
Uninstall and Reinstall Overwatch 2
If nothing this far has worked, then you might have to uninstall and reinstall the game to solve this problem. To do so:
Right-click the Windows icon and select Apps and Features.
In the new screen scroll down to the battle.net desktop app. Right-click it and select Uninstall.
Do the same for the Overwatch 2 client.
With that done, reinstall the Battle.net client, and when that's done, reinstall Overwatch 2.
This will ensure that any potentially corrupted files are gone, and it will also guarantee that you're running the latest Overwatch 2 version.
Contact Blizzard Support
If the issue persists then there's most likely something wrong on Blizzard's side. Therefore, the only thing you can realistically do at this point is contact Blizzard support. To do so,
Log in to your account, and select 'account issues'
Finally, type in that you aren't able to see your battle pass credits.
Hopefully, you'll get an answer before long. Or, better yet, maybe your issue will be fixed completely. At the end of the day, this is the fix you have to go to if no troubleshooting method works for any of your Overwatch 2 issues. It doesn't matter if your issue is not being able to purchase coins or not being able to see your rank in Overwatch 2.
