Here’s what to know about the BLAST Open Spring 2025 finals, including the teams in it and how you can watch it.
Group Stage Recap
The BLAST open Spring 2025 group stage ran from March 19th to 24th, featuring two double-elimination (GSL) groups of eight teams each. Every match was a best-of-three (Bo3), with the top three teams from every group advancing to the playoffs. Group winners moved directly to the semifinals, while the runner-ups entered the quarterfinals as high seeds, and third-place teams advanced as low seeds.
Playoffs road to the finals
The playoffs, held from March 28th to 30th, followed a single-elimination bracket. Team Vitality won over Team Spirit 2-1 in the semifinals. Vitality won Anubis 13-6 but lost 5-13 on Nuke before clutching on Mirage with a score of 13-0. Meanwhile, MOUZ defeated Eternal Fire in another intense semifinal, winning 11-13 on Nuke and securing Dust 2 10-13 to advance.
