Celestial Opposition is a top-tier support item that should be your first choice as it almost makes you invincible. It comes with 200 health, seventy-five percent health regeneration, and seventy-five percent base mana regeneration.

Bloodsong:

The item has crazy stats and a very powerful passive, Spellblade, which enables you to deal additional damage after using a basic attack with one-and-a-half-second cooldown time.

For a support item, Bloodsong does more damage than some offensive champions and is super effective with damage-based support champions. These stats are broken and will surely be fixed with the next update but for now, you should take full advantage of this broken item.

Frozen Heart:

A legendary tank item that can also be used with support builds. Frozen Heart is top-tier because it brings so much to the table for a price so less. Combining it with Bloodsong can create a nightmare for your opposition as you become an invincible monster. Frozen Heart is a great match for tank champions depending on durability and defensive tactics.

Sundered Sky:

This item goes for both Jungle and Top Lane fighters. Sundered Sky is very overpowered and its versatility is another plus point as it can suit different fighters. Being an offensive item with powerful damage stats Sundered Sky also provides bonus healing and this can be a huge advantage depending on the situation and position of your champion. 

This item is to be used by bruisers and fighters and can wreak havoc on your rivals due to its critical damage, three hundred health, and fifty-five attack damage.

Voltaic Cyclosword:

Voltaic Cyclosword is by far the best lethality item at the moment. To be used by attack-based champions, this item acts as an Achilles heel for squishy champions who don't build their armor.

Liandry's Torment:

This legendary item has been nerfed but is still quite strong. It had very powerful stats in previous seasons but now it is effective as a combo item. Liandry's Torment is an offensive item and works best with champions depending on magic. It deals magic damage over a long time and is meant to deal with high-health opponents or tanks. 

Using Liandry's Torment can be a bit tricky as it is no longer as powerful as it used to be but combining it with other AP and support items still makes it an asset in the right situation.
