How much does ESEA boosting cost?

As for how much it costs, as expected, it starts cheap, with it taking only $15 to get from rank C to C+. However, just like matchmaking boosting, it gradually gets more expensive until you're paying $100 to get from rank A to rank A+. The reason for this massive jump in price is that as the rank gets higher, as does the skill level of players, making it so that even our highly skilled boosters might have to put in the effort to win.
