Akshan

• Recent sustain changes made Akshan too strong early on, so his threat is being reduced.
• Base Health: 630 > 610
• Q - Avengerang: Cooldown 8 / 7.25 / 6.5 / 5.75 / 5 > 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 seconds

Aurelion Sol

• Getting better early trades and more movement to dodge skill shots.
• Movement Speed: 335 > 340
• Q - Breath of Light: Damage 55 / 65 / 75 / 85 / 95 (+30% AP) > 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 (+30% AP)

Blitzcrank

• Buffs to improve damage and disruption uptime.
• E - Power Fist: Cooldown 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 > 7 / 6.5 / 6 / 5.5 / 5

LeBlanc

• Slight base stat nerfs to tone down her dominance in normal play.
• Health Growth: 111 > 108
• Armor Growth: 4.7 > 4.2

Skarner

• Buffs for general play but balanced to avoid pro dominance.
• AD Growth: 3 > 4
• Q - Shattered Earth / Upheaval:
• Bonus AD Ratio 80% > 90%
• Cooldown now starts on last offensive Q
• Cooldown 13 / 11.5 / 10 / 8.5 / 7 > 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4
• E - Ixtal’s Impact: Added 120% bonus AD ratio
• R - Impale: Cast time 0.65 > 0.75 seconds

Talon

• Jungle power reduced while mid-lane remains stable.
• Passive - Noxian Diplomacy: Damage to monsters 110% > 100%

Volibear

• Buffs target top-lane strength without overpowering jungle builds.
• Base Armor: 31 > 35
• Base Attack Damage: 60 > 62

Q - Thundering Smash:

• Min MS 12 / 16 / 20 / 24 / 28% > 12 / 15.5 / 19 / 22.5 / 26%
• Max MS 24 / 32 / 40 / 48 / 56% > 24 / 31 / 38 / 45 / 52%
• E - Sky Splitter: Damage cap vs non-champions now 190 / 305 / 420 / 535 / 650 (+70% AP)

Yone

• Last buff didn’t hit as intended, so more early power added.
• Q - Mortal Steel: Damage 20 / 45 / 70 / 95 / 120 > 25 / 50 / 75 / 100 / 125

Rune Changes

Biscuit Delivery

• Reduced early sustain.
• Regen: 20 (+2% Max HP) > 20 (+1.5% Max HP)

Cash Back

• Increased rebate to make it more viable.
• Legendary Item Rebate: 6% > 8%

Guardian

• Stronger shields scaling with AP and level.
• Shield: 45-150 (+15% AP)(+5% HP) > 45-180 (+25% AP)(+5% HP)

Hail of Blades

• Buffed for melee champions.
• Bonus Attack Speed (Melee): 140% > 160%

Legend: Bloodline

• More life steal per stack.
• Life Steal: 0.35% (5.25% max) > 0.4% (6% max)

Movement Speed Shard

• Slightly faster for better choice variety.
• Movement Speed: 2% > 2.5%

Nimbus Cloak

• More speed after summoner spells.
• Bonus MS: 14 / 32 / 40% > 15 / 35 / 45%

Phase Rush

• Reduced slow resistance for better counterplay.
• Slow Resistance: 75% > 50%

Tenacity Shard

• Now stronger and more viable.
• Tenacity and Slow Resist: 10% > 15%

Triple Tonic

• Improved early-game identity and burst window.
• Elixir of Avarice Bonus Gold: 40 > 60
• Elixir of Force Adaptive Force: 20 > 30
