Arc Raiders is finally out, and the game is already breaking tons of records at launch. The Helldivers-like formula is a major hit, but unlike Helldivers, it seems as though this game is here to stay. Since it’s a live-service game, players can naturally expect a slew of new updates to come, including new maps.
However, at launch, there are only a handful of maps the game currently has. These maps include the Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, the Spaceport, and Blue Gate, though new maps are already on the way. We thought we’d go through all of the maps in Arc Raiders so that you know what to expect from it.
So, if you’re looking for a place that compiles all of the available maps in Arc Raiders, keep reading because we have you covered.
Dam Battlegrounds
Dam Battlegrounds is the first map players usually explore in ARC Raiders. It’s set around a ruined hydroelectric power plant surrounded by drained lakes and muddy ground. The terrain feels heavy and slow to move through, with open spaces that leave players exposed. The tall structures, like the Control Tower and Dome Complex, are key landmarks where most fights break out. Players often visit these spots first since they tend to hold better gear.
Even though the area looks open, danger is always close. Raiders and other players can appear suddenly from the swampy edges or the wrecked dam walls. Because of the limited cover, awareness and positioning matter more than raw aim. Many use the rooftops or higher platforms to gain the upper hand. The map’s compact design makes it ideal for fast-paced encounters that test both reflexes and strategy.
Buried City
Buried City lies beneath a shifting desert where an old metropolis now rests under layers of sand. The city’s ruins stick out like bones from the earth, giving the whole place an eerie and quiet feeling. Players can move through narrow streets, broken plazas, and old subway tunnels that once carried people across what used to be a thriving port. The area feels tight and claustrophobic, filled with corners perfect for ambushes and quick firefights.
Because of its winding layout, Buried City rewards those who stay alert and move carefully. Many buildings contain valuable loot, but reaching them can be risky since others often hide inside waiting for an easy target. Light filters through the dust, making it harder to spot movement at a distance. The combination of sandstorms, shadows, and echoing footsteps turns this map into a tense playground where timing and awareness decide every encounter.

Spaceport
The Spaceport is one of the largest and most open maps in ARC Raiders. It’s built around an abandoned launch site where rusting rockets and shattered towers mark the remains of humanity’s dream to reach the stars. The layout mixes massive outdoor zones with smaller warehouses and hangars. You can see for long distances, but that also means enemies can easily spot you. It’s a map that pushes players to use cover and movement wisely to survive.
Despite its dangerous openness, the Spaceport has some of the best loot in the game. Rare weapons and resources can be found inside secure hangars or hidden among the wreckage. The high vantage points offer great visibility but also expose players to snipers. Vertical movement plays a big role here, as players climb towers or drop into fuel pits to find gear. Every fight feels like a gamble between chasing loot or staying safe.
Blue Gate
Blue Gate sits high in the mountains, offering a mix of snowy cliffs, underground passages, and long open valleys. Once meant as a transport hub, it now feels forgotten and harsh. The weather changes quickly, and fog can roll in without warning, hiding both friends and enemies. The map’s design encourages exploration, with multiple routes connecting each main area, often leading to hidden caches or secret tunnels.
What makes Blue Gate stand out is its vertical combat. You might find yourself climbing cliffs one moment and diving into icy caves the next. Fights break out everywhere, from frozen ridges to dark tunnels that twist beneath the mountain. Its mix of open spaces and enclosed areas makes every match unpredictable. The terrain is tough to navigate, but players who master it gain control over one of the game’s most visually striking and challenging maps.
