League of Legends [1], being such an active game that continues to get updates to this day, tends to celebrate as many occasions as it can. These include events like Valentine’s Day and Chinese New Year, but the one that gets the most laughs out of players has to be the April Fool’s Day celebrations.
Every game tends to tackle April Fool’s Day differently, whether it’s Rainbow Six Siege adding an entire children's game mode or Marvel Rivals adding a twerking Venom mode. League of Legends is opting to celebrate things this year by introducing a handful of brand-new skins for players to collect and have fun with. However, which skins are the best out of all the League of Legends April Fool’s Day skins? We’re here to find out.
Here’s a list of every League of Legends April Fool’s Day 2025 skin ranked from worst to best. Of course, if you’re the type of person who doesn’t care much about collecting cosmetics that don’t improve your gameplay at all, then we have you covered. While others are goofing around playing with skins, we recommend you work on climbing the ranks so you can flex in front of all your friends.
Glizzy Naafiri
Glizzy Naafiri brings an unhinged energy to the Rift, turning Runeterra’s fiercest pack of hunters into a chaotic fast-food-themed nightmare. Naafiri herself is now a sentient hot dog, her body wrapped in a fresh bun, complete with a drizzle of mustard down her back. Players are always complaining that the champion is too annoying. Well, now it’ll be even more annoying seeing a literal hotdog running after you.
Her packmates are now tiny sausage pups, their yips replaced with comical squeaks that sound like ketchup bottles being squeezed. Her ultimate sends her soaring forward in a wild blur of condiments and bread, leaving behind a smoky grill trail in her wake. Every attack is a goofy reminder that League of Legends is never above a good food joke.
Not to mention, Naafiri’s recall animation has all her little pups gathering around her as she floats around while covering herself in condiments. She eventually flies away and goes back to the base before shrugging off the fall and getting back to the battlefield.
Urgot the Clogfather
Urgot the Clogfather is here to fix your plumbing nightmares, whether you like it or not. His bulky armor is replaced with a plumber’s jumpsuit, complete with a tool belt filled with wrenches and plungers. His iconic chainsaw-like grinder now resembles a giant spinning plunger, making every execution feel both horrifying and hilarious.
When he ults, the suction noise from his new weapon is loud enough to make you second-guess your positioning. Even his auto-attacks leave behind water droplets, giving the impression that every fight is just another messy bathroom incident. It’s a bizarre yet oddly fitting transformation for League’s most intimidating champion.
The champion’s recall animation is also extremely comical. Pressing the recall button causes all the toilets on the champion’s legs to overflow. While Urgot initially tries to get things under control, he eventually decides to give up and makes an excellent pose before returning to his base. Running also has Urgot’s legs make suction noises, similar to plungers.

Grill Master Braum
Grill Master Braum embraces the joy of backyard barbecues, turning the Heart of the Freljord into the ultimate summertime host. His signature shield is now a massive grill, covered in steaks, hot dogs, and the occasional animated flame. Every time he blocks an attack, sparks fly as if someone just flipped a burger too aggressively. His passive stuns are delivered with the satisfying sizzle of meat hitting the fire.
Even his recall animation has him tossing a massive slab of ribs onto his grill, giving his allies an impromptu cookout before he returns to the battlefield. It’s a warm, fun-loving take on one of the game’s most beloved protectors.
Cat-in-the-Box Shaco
Cat-in-the-Box Shaco turns the Demon Jester into an absurdly sneaky collection of cats stacked under a trench coat. Each cat has its own personality, peeking out from under the oversized buttons or shifting uneasily when Shaco moves.
His daggers are now swordfish, flopping slightly when thrown. His clones scatter in a flurry of fur when destroyed, leaving behind mischievous paw prints instead of blood. His laugh has been replaced with an unsettling chorus of meows, giving a new eerie yet hilarious spin to his usual cackle. It’s a skin that takes Shaco’s trickery and makes it even more ridiculous, making it perfect for April Fool’s chaos.
Two of the best things this skin does are the recall animation and Shaco’s running animation. The recall animation is a goofy scene of Shaco trying to escape his own swordfish from impaling him but then comically falling before returning to his base. Shaco’s running animation has him running like a cartoon character with the trademark windmill legs.
Pool Party Malphite
Pool Party Malphite finally gives the giant rock monster a more relaxed summer look, transforming him into a towering sandcastle. His massive frame is now sculpted from golden beach sand, decorated with seashells and a bright red bucket as a helmet. With every step, grains of sand scatter around him, leaving tiny footprints that dissolve over time.
His ultimate slams the ground like a tidal wave crashing into the shore, sending out sprays of water and scattering beach toys. Even his taunts are summer-themed, with voice lines about “chilling out” and “taking it easy.” It’s a perfect mix of intimidating and hilarious, making Malphite the king of the beach.
Malphite’s recall animation is hilarious, having the champion sit on the ground and cover himself in sand before relaxing on the beach. While it looks funny enough out of context, timing it right can really get under an enemy champion’s skin, whether to make them lose their mental or gauge them to attack you.
