Champion changes in LoL Patch 25.14

Firstly, we’ll go through all of the champion changes players can expect in this patch.

Buffs

• Azir: Base health increased from 550 to 575. His Arise! ultimate now scales stronger with ability power at all ranks.
• Darius: Decimate heal improved to 17–51% of enemy missing health up from 15–45%.
• Fiora: Grand Challenge heal zone now restores health twice as fast. Visual effects fixed for full duration, and healing numbers simplified to a flat per-second value.
• Fizz: Seastone Trident cooldown shortened to 7–3 seconds. Playful/Trickster damage ratio increased from 90 to 95% AP.
• Kled: Numerous improvements, including instant remount heal, bonus resistances while near enemies, reduced dismounted penalties, better Skaarl health scaling, and refined abilities to feel more responsive and consistent.
• Tether (Kled): Bonus AD ratio lowered from 65 to 60%, slow durations adjusted, and projectile behavior improved.
• Pocket Pistol (Kled): Faster recharge, lower damage per pellet, improved targeting logic, and damage type adjusted for champions.
• Violent Tendencies (Kled): Longer cooldown, attacks now reduce cooldown, AD ratio tweaked, and new scaling with bonus health.
• Jousting (Kled): Lowered AD ratio and now displays recast timer and range guide.
• Chaaaaaaaarge!!! (Kled): Converted to magic damage, higher base damage, adjusted bonus AD scaling, and click target detection improved.
• Lee Sin: Base attack damage reduced from 69 to 66.
• Riven: Runic Blade AD ratio growth made smoother at higher levels.

Nerfs

• Braum: Base armor reduced from 47 to 42.
• Elise: Venomous Bite vision bubble is now centered on the unit instead of its previous location.
• Jayce: Now defaults to ranged form when summoned.
• Jhin: Whisper will now properly display damage cap on monsters.
• Kayle: Default range type updated to ranged, but Starfire Spellblade remains functional.
• Lulu: Wild Growth no longer wrongly boosts Kled’s health when interacting with Skaarl.
• Neeko: Clone no longer emotes while moving and behaves correctly with Frozen Heart and Celestial Opposition mechanics.
• Renata Glasc: Bailout no longer interferes with Kled’s health display or durability.
• Sett: Armor growth per level lowered from 5.2 to 4.7.
• Twisted Fate: Wild Cards base damage reduced at all ranks.
• Yasuo: Attack damage growth per level decreased from 3 to 2.5.
• Yuumi: Final Chapter healing reduced across the board.
• Ziggs: Bouncing Bomb base damage back slightly, AP scaling tweaked. Hexplosive Minefield AP ratio decreased. Mega Inferno Bomb deals more base damage but less scaling.
• Zoe: Paddle Star damage is reduced early in the game. Spell Thief bolts now deal less base damage but have a slightly better AP ratio.

Item changes in LoL patch 24.14

With the champion changes out of the way, it’s time to highlight all of the item changes.
Blade of the Ruined King: Mist’s Edge now deals a greater percentage of health damage.

• Haunting Guise: Now you can only own one of this item at a time.
• Kraken Slayer: Total cost reduced by 100 gold, combined cost goes down 100 gold, and bonus damage scales much higher with missing health, with top-end damage increased significantly.
• Phantom Dancer: Attack speed buffed to 65% from 60%, and bonus movement speed increased from 8% to 10%.
• Rod of Ages: Base mana increased and mana per stack buffed, giving more total mana at max stacks.
• Tiamat / Profane Hydra / Ravenous Hydra / Stridebreaker / Titanic Hydra: Each auto-attack now produces up to 10 cleave splashes, limiting overflow.
