While Valorant [1] doesn’t consume nearly as much time per match as Riot’s other game, League of Legends, it’s still very easy to lose yourself when you’re playing with your friends. From the long and stressful competitive matches to those fun swiftplay games that you play while waiting for your friends to hop on, it wouldn’t be surprising if you have more time sunk in the game than you think.
However, Riot Games doesn’t really give players a way to reliable way to track their playtime. Fortunately, Tracker.gg gives players a convenient and easy way to check their stats, including their playtime, KDA, agent win rates, and more, letting them research on where they need to improve.
So, if you’re interested in tracking your Valorant playtime, keep reading because we have you covered. Of course, if you think your rank should be higher relative to your playing time, we recommend you hire a professional Valorant booster from Eloking to get your rank up, because we’re 99% sure your teammates in the lower ranks are holding you back.
Why track your hours on Valorant?
Tracking your playtime isn’t just about the numbers. It also helps you understand your gaming habits and manage your time better. Seeing how many hours you’ve spent can give you a clearer picture of how much time gaming takes in your life.
Analyzing your Valorant playtime, broken down by agent and game mode, is a very helpful way to level up your skills. When you see how much time you’re putting into each agent, you can figure out if you’re playing favorites too much or if a particular agent’s performance could use some work. It’s the same deal with game modes. Knowing where most of your hours go can inspire you to try new mods or hone in on specific areas. Putting this playtime info together with stats like your K/D, win rates, or headshot accuracy, you’ll get a much clearer picture of what you’re good at and where you can improve.
What is Tracker.gg?

FAQs
How long does a typical Valorant match last?
A standard Valorant match can take anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes, depending on how close the rounds are. Each half consists of 12 rounds, and the first team to reach 13 wins takes the match. If the game goes to overtime, extra rounds are played until a team wins by two rounds. Some matches may feel longer due to pauses, tactical timeouts, or extended overtimes.
Is there a time limit for each round in Valorant?
Yes, each round has a set time limit. The buy phase at the start of a round lasts 30 seconds. Once the round begins, attackers have 100 seconds (1 minute and 40 seconds) to plant the Spike or eliminate the defenders. After planting the Spike, there is a 45-second countdown before it explodes. If neither team completes their objective within these timeframes, the round ends accordingly.
