EMEA’s top teams will battle for the final World Championship qualification spots, with no EMEA Masters matches scheduled during the event this year. Riot Games also announced the free fan event at Plaza de España at LEC XPO.
A handful of details have been confirmed about the LEC Summer Finals, including where it’ll take place, the ticket dates, how much the tickets will cost, and more. While it’s unknown how much the tickets will cost in different currencies, it’s sure to be an excellent match.

LEC Summer Finals and LEC XPO coming to Madrid
The League of Legends EMEA Championship’s, shortened for LEC, 2025 Summer Finals will take place in Madrid, Spain, from September 26 to 28 at Caja Magica. EMEA’s best teams will compete for the final qualification spots for the world championship, which will take place in Autumn. Following the successful LEC Roadtrip hosted by Movistar KOI, which had GIANTX defeat G2, Riot Games has shared that EMEA Masters will not be part of the Summer Finals show in 2025.
Alongside the finals, the LEC XPO will take place at Plaza de Espana from September 27 to 28. This fan event won’t need a ticket and provides fans with experiences like meeting LEC teams and enjoying activities hosted by LEC partners. Riot describes the XPO as a hub for fans and newcomers to connect with League of Legends and the LEC ecosystem to offer the ultimate fan experience.

Tickets for the LEC Summer Finals will be available on May 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM CET via Ticketmaster. Fans can pre-register on Ticketmaster’s official webpage to get notifications whenever sales start. Every fan can purchase up to four tickets per day, with extra allocations available through partnered LEC teams.
