Reduced Cooldown on Shunpo (E)

The cooldown for Katarina’s Shunpo (E) has been reduced, decreasing from 14 seconds to 12 seconds at rank one, with reductions scaling further at each level, except at max rank. This cooldown decrease gives her more flexibility and frequency with E casts, a critical enhancement for her in early skirmishes.

This adjustment allows Katarina to rely on her E ability more frequently, improving her mobility and enabling faster combos in fights.
