Check Valorant Server Status

• Open the Riot Games folder.
• Delete the Riot Client and Valorant-related folders from here. This won't affect your game data.
• Once done, relaunch the game and the error should be fixed.

Add a Firewall Exception

Oftentimes, Windows Firewall can sometimes block traffic for Valorant or the Riot client, which can prevent you from signing in.

1. In the window search bar type, Windows Defender Firewall.
2. Click Allow programs through the Windows Firewall.
3. Click Change setting. Press yes if a prompt pops up.
4. Find and remove any Valorant, Anticheat, and Riot client entries, then add a new one with the Allow Another App button.
5. Browse and locate the Valorant.exe in the folder where you installed the game. By default, the install location is C:\RiotGames\VALORANT\live\VALORANT.exe. Press OK after selecting the exe.
6. Check all boxes of Valorant and click OK at the bottom on the firewall exception.
7. Redo all these steps for creating an exception for Anticheat, located at C:\Program Files\Riot Vanguard\vgc.exe, and for the Riot launcher, which is located at C:\RiotGames\RiotClient\RiotClientServices.exe.
8. Restart your computer as well to be sure that every file is refreshed and cleared. 

Reinstall the Game and the Game App
