However, every now and then, a team comes along that quickly rises through the ranks and captivates the audience with their members’ individual talent and charms.
Los Ratones is one of those said teams. While the team is relatively new, it is far from unknown. With such exceptional members and a lot of accolades already under its belt, the most recent achievement this team has to its name is absolutely dominating the NLC Winter final to land a spot at the EMEA Masters.

Los Ratones dominate NLC Winter final
Los Ratones, the League of Legends team assembled by UK content creator Caedrel, secured a 3-0 victory over Nord Esports in the Arozzi NLC Winter final at Confetti X in nottingham. This win qualifies the team for the EMEA Masters Winter 2025 tournament, where they will compete against top teams like Karmine Corp Blue, Los Heretics, Barcelona, and Ici Japon Corp. Esport. The EMEA Masters Winter 2025 tournament will start on March 17, 2025.
Los Ratones’ roster, featuring TheBausffs, Velja, Nemesis, Crownie, and Rekkles, showcased their dominance in the NLC final. TheBausffs stood out in the top lane for securing numerous kills and creating a difficult time for Nord Esports.
The event had technical difficulties, including audio issues like comms interference during the final. Fortunately, these issues were resolved, allowing the matches to proceed smoothly.
Nord’s efforts
Nord Esports put up a tough fight in the third game, where they almost got the nexus at the 30-minute mark. However, Los Ratones got the elder dragon at 43 minutes and used its buff to complete the series. Casters Foxdrop and Hiprain praised Los Ratones’ performance, the latter calling them “absolutely devastating”
The team deserves credit for reaching the NLC Winter final after defeating Bulldog 3-1 in the lower bracket. Nord and other teams will regroup for the NLC Summer 2025 season, while Los Ratones celebrated their victory by revealing their first esports team jersey.

TheBausffs expressed his joy in the winners’ interview, where he thanked his fans for their support. Rekkles highlighted his enjoyment of working with the team and compared it to his early career in 2014 and 2015. Caedrel was visibly emotional and nearly cried during the interview.
