Marvel Rivals voice lines for Deadpool, Phoenix, Captain Marvel, and more leaked

Marvel Rivals has taken the hero shooter genre by storm. Many believe the game did the impossible by giving Overwatch 2 a legitimate competitor, forcing Blizzard to up its game through multiple updates and changes. It seems Rivals isn’t done with its additions after adding the Fantastic Four, as new voice lines have just been data mined.

These voice lines suggest multiple new characters are slated to join the Marvel Rivals roster of playable characters. These include Deadpool, Angela, The Hood, Captain Marvel, Phoenix, Modok, and Hit-Monkey. Leaked by a popular Marvel Rivals leaker on X, many believe these characters may come to the game soon.

New leaked Marvel Rivals characters 

Recent data mines ^[1] of Marvel Rivals have uncovered voice lines suggesting the potential addition of several characters:

Deadpool

Spider-Man refers to an unpredictable ally as the "loosest cannon," a description fitting Deadpool. Deadpool was already suggested to be coming to Marvel Rivals and his addition to the game wouldn’t be a surprise to any, especially considering his popularity.

Angela

Loki questions the existence of a previously unknown sister, Angela, in his voice lines. While some voice lines could be referring to other characters, this one has Loki say Angela’s name outright.

The Hood

Datamined information indicates The Hood is among the characters found in the game's files. Additionally, there are some voice lines of Spider-Man that say things like “Do I feel bad?”

Captain Marvel

Captain America has lines addressing "Danvers," indicating interactions with Captain Marvel. Additionally, The Punisher refers to someone as “Is it Captain, or Colonel,” and Captain Marvel is one of the only popular Marvel characters to match this description.

Phoenix

Data suggests that Phoenix is among the characters found in the game's files. There are also multiple voice lines of Storm referring to Jean by her name and calling her Storm’s “oldest friend.” With the next season speculated to be a mutant-themed one, adding Phoenix would definitely make sense.

MODOK

Captain America comments on a "big brain," likely referencing MODOK. Rocket Racoon also has a voice line saying he doesn’t have to look at “that giant head anymore,” which could only refer to MODOK or maybe a Watcher, though the former is much more likely.

Hit-Monkey

The Punisher bids farewell with "So long, monkey," hinting at Hit-Monkey's inclusion. Other data suggesting Hit-Monkey may join the Marvel Rivals roster was also previously mined.
