Where will future Valorant Champions take place?

Riot reveals where the next three years of Valorant Champions will take place, and it looks like fans from all around the world will have a chance to visit the next championship when it takes place near them.

Valorant Champions 2025 location

During the Champions Seoul Media Day on August 21, 2024, at LoL Park Seoul, Riot Games revealed that the next Valorant Champions will happen in Paris. This is the first time in two years since Valorant Champions occurred in Europe, with the last being in Istanbul, Turkey, in 2022.

France has become an essential area for sports, hosting the latest Olympics and last year’s BLAST.tv Paris Major, the final Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament before it transitioned to Counter-Strike 2.

The 2025 season will start in January with the kick-off and continue until November, when the Game Changers Championship will take place. The Valorant Champions is scheduled for June, with more details on exact dates and the venue coming soon.

Valorant Champions 2026 and 2027 locations

In the same announcement, Riot reveals that for 2026, the Valorant Champions will take place in China. This news comes after the fact that the first Masters event in China was Masters Shanghai in 2024, which had over 2 million concurrent viewers, according to Riot.

As for Valorant Champions 2024, Riot shares that the championship will return to the Americas region. While the event is coming to the Americas, it’s unknown whether it will be in Canada, The United States, Brazil, or Latin America. 

It’s worth noting that Canada will get its first Valorant Champions Tour event in 2025, and Brazil will have a massive event with VCT LOCK//IN in 2023, so there’s a high probability of seeing something in either of these areas. If it’s not these two places, it could be somewhere in Latin America, considering there hasn’t been any major event yet.

Previous Valorant Champions locations

The first Valorant Champions event took place in Germany, Berlin, and since then, the championship has seen a wide range of locations where it has taken place. As mentioned earlier, Valorant Champions 2022 was in Istanbul, Turkey. Valorant Champions 2023 was in Los Angeles, United States, and the final 2024 tournament happened in Seoul, South Korea.
