Dam Battlegrounds - Hydroponic Dome Complex

Mushrooms are easiest to find in the Dam Battlegrounds, especially around the Hydroponic Dome Complex. This area is lush and natural, so look for white fungus on any trees, rocks, or planter boxes. Because mushrooms prefer moist environments, avoid rushing and aim your camera toward damp spots such as puddles or dark corners to find them. Search the small planters near the water pump as well. 

Next, pay close attention to the roof of the Dam's Water Treatment building, as exposed pipes there are frequently the site of mushroom growth. However, it’s a small area, so there is a chance that only a small handful will spawn here. For a chance at additional finds, look along the swampy riverbanks on the Dam map, but keep in mind that these spawns are less common. Once your collection is finished, use the closest lift to extract your items safely.

Spaceport - Little Hangar Area

Navigate to the Little Hangar in the northern region of the Spaceport map. One of the few dependable mushroom-spawning spots in the area is a big, noticeable tree that is located close to the East Container Yard's outer edge, just south of the Hangar. Take time to carefully inspect the base of the trunk and the surrounding ground for the small white mushroom icons that appear when you’re ready to collect. This is considered the main mushroom spot on Spaceport, and it’s convenient to check while handling other objectives nearby.

The little patch of trees between the Hangar and the East Container Yard occasionally has mushrooms. The few green spaces on the Spaceport map are the only places where mushrooms can grow naturally since the majority of the map is made up of concrete and metal structures. To make sure you don't miss any spawns, check both of these locations during each run.

Blue Gate - Raider’s Hideout

In Blue Gate, make sure to explore the Raider’s Hideout area, a compact and resource-rich location where several trees have the potential to spawn mushrooms. The hideout grounds are small, open, and mostly natural, allowing you to move around quickly while scanning every tree, rock, and patch of grass in a single run.
