All champion buffs and nerfs in LoL patch 25.16
Several champions are receiving buffs, particularly those who have fallen behind in current metas or need help in niche roles. Brand, Gnar, and Morgana have all been given direct power increases to help them compete more reliably across the board. Illaoi, who was recently adjusted to make her passive curse more satisfying for players and less frustrating for opponents, is being slightly toned down.
The developers admitted the last changes hit harder than expected. While feedback around her E and repeated slam interactions is being heard, those concerns will be addressed in a future update.
Kalista is also seeing some improvements. Her dominance in lane hasn't translated to much outside of pro play, so this patch gives her a bit more scaling power. The goal is to make her more viable in regular play without immediately boosting her pro presence again.
Jungle adjustments are another big theme this patch. Nautilus is getting tweaks to his jungling potential, particularly through changes to his E. The bonus damage to monsters is now more consistent, with a clear scaling pattern. Qiyana, Sylas, and Rek’Sai also receive jungle-focused buffs. Rek’Sai’s E-first max is once again strong, and his true damage build will likely be viable again. Sylas benefits from a boost to his passive's monster damage, helping him clear faster and more reliably.
Below is a list of every buff, nerf, and adjustment you can expect in LoL patch 25.16:

Illaoi (Slight nerf to recent buffs to reduce frustration from E and repeated slams)
