Le Sserafim x Overwatch 2 set to return

Le Sserafim’s collaboration with Overwatch 2
was arguably the most popular in Overwatch history. While many fans unfortunately missed getting their favorite skins, there will be another opportunity.

Blizzard Entertainment and K-pop sensation Le Sserafim are teaming up once again for a brand-new Overwatch 2 collaboration, bringing stylish new skins, exclusive cosmetics, and the return of Bouncer BOB from the “Perfect Night” music video. Though, these skins won’t be like the old ones as new heroes are slated to get cosmetics.

Here’s what to know about the upcoming Le Sserafim and Overwatch 2 collaboration.

New Overwatch 2 K-Pop Skins

This time around, Blizzard is introducing K-pop-inspired skins for:

• Mercy
• Juno
• D.Va
• Ashe
• Illari

Additionally, players who missed out on the 2023 Le Sserafim collab can now grab recolored versions of the original skins for Brigitte, D.Va, Kiriko, Sombra, and Tracer. These skins are called “Blue Flame” skins, setting it apart from the originals.

According to Overwatch art director Dion Rogers, the Blizzard Korea Studio team played a major role in designing these skins. Artists studied Le Sserafim’s photo shoots, vlogs, and streetwear styles to create authentic K-pop fashion for the Overwatch universe.

Arguably the biggest thing is that Le Sserafim was directly involved, sharing feedback on designs to ensure that the outfits reflected their personal style and aesthetic.

When will the new Le Sserafim and Overwatch 2 crossover happen?

The Le Sserafim and Overwatch 2 ^[1] crossover will happen on March 18, 2025. With a new K-pop visualizer, revamped skins, and the return of Bouncer BOB, this Overwatch 2 x Le Sserafim event is set to be another stylish celebration of music and gaming.

It’s important to clear one thing up for those hoping for another music video as there was in the original collaboration. Unlike the first Le Sserafim x Overwatch 2 event, this collaboration won’t bring back Concert Clash mode, which tied into the group’s “Perfect Night” music video. Instead, Blizzard is celebrating K-pop culture by creating a visualizer for a new song from Le Sserafim’s album, which is a fresh way to merge Overwatch’s futuristic world with the global K-pop phenomenon.
