These relics provide health and mana regeneration, allowing your team to sustain themselves during intense fights and continue pushing forward.

You don't have to type anything in the chat since a simple ping on the health relic will be enough to notify nearby teammates of the fact that you're about to use it. After all, once, a champion interacts with a health relic, other players are given only a moment to get into the relic's field of healing.
Securing the health relics at the right time not only provides immediate benefits but also allows your team to maintain pressure on the enemy. On the other hand, denying the enemy team access to the relics can put them at a significant disadvantage, as they will struggle to sustain themselves during extended engagements. By regularly replenishing health and mana, your team can continue to apply pressure and force the enemy team into defensive positions. This puts them on the back foot, making it harder for them to engage or defend against your advances.
Tip #4: Give Importance to Team Synergy

The only way you can use gold and purchase items is by dying to access the store, and if that's what it takes to become stronger, so be it. Remember, gold won't make you stronger, but items will.

Now, in ARAM, the distribution of minion gold and experience among teammates is automatic, and every member of the team benefits equally from killing minions.
